Bug description

Hey !
I tried to use swiperjs with Element and Vue3, I read the doc and use the example code, but in first I had the error :
Failed to resolve component: swiper-slide

I resolve it with the help of this post : #7333

Great, no error now but the components are not resolved

What am I doing wrong ?

Expected Behavior

Web Components should be resolved

Actual Behavior

Web Components are not resolved

Swiper version

10.0.0

Platform/Target and Browser Versions

Linux Mint Firefox
