Applet ID for gsm application to run the GSM Algorithm

What's the problem?
I want to open a channel with USIM to send the run gsm algoritm command. For 
this purpose I need the applet id. From the specification I am not sure about 
this, (and it seems to change with provider, country etc)
Can somebody help me to format the applet id for gsm application to run the 
authentication algorithm
