App Browser View / My Apps will not refresh #59

When deleting a stored apk from the local files using the app browser view, it will not refresh even the files were deleted. When pressing the remove button a second time a Nullpointer will be thrown.

Race Condition/Regression.

The view updates before the database is changed.
