Log Data Model data structure is incomplete

Hi Community,
I see that Log Data Model LogRecord (link) has missing fields like Resource, InstrumentationScope according to spec (link).
I understand it's still experimental, but maybe you have some plans to add it and/or revisit the data structures?
Should it be submitted as an issue?

Seems found in proto files here , my mistake.
