Split the package and merge the packages as submodules

Remove or move:

  • container
  • dtk
  • pandas
  • starter
  • secondnature

The packages that composed openalea-components are:

  • stdlib
  • pkg_builder
  • scheduler
  • image
  • numpy
  • pylab
  • svgdraw

However, several ones are needed as a full package:

  • pkg_builder
  • image
  • svgdraw

PkgBuilder will be replaced by PkgLTS
