Currently on a fresh installation of OpenCloud, there is the "Apps" menu item in the sidebar. The Apps page then only shows the "Global progress bar" setting (with "Default progress bar" as the only option).
I'm not sure if I am missing something here. Maybe the Nyancat progress bar app is some kind of example app to show developers how to extend the frontend.
I love the simplicity of OpenCloud and that it "just works" and does not feel bloated. The web frontend came a long way, it is much cleaner in the recent versions and much less confusing even for non-technical users (which is critical for a wider adoption).
But I could imagine that of all features we would like to see in the OpenCloud web frontend, being able to change the progress bar appearance is not very high on the list. Maybe the Apps page should just hide the progress bar setting and show "No additional apps installed" instead of this static, confusing example app dropdown...
