Trouble setting up calendar again after resetting Radicale

I recently purged my Radicale data folder, including all user information. Now it seems that I can't access Radicale at all through OpenCloud's reverse proxy. Does OpenCloud still assume that my old Radicale user account exists even though a new one has to be created? And if that's the case, can I fix it?

Seems like it was just a minor hiccup, got it working again now.
