Clarification on Multicast PIM AF #1229

Hello,

Multicast PIM yang today only supports ipv4 AF. The current Yang path is: /network-instances/network-instance/protocols/protocol/pim/. We should update the documentation to reflect that only ipv4 AF is supported today as discussed in https://github.com/openconfig/public/issues/353.

In the future, we might have a separate container for ipv6.
