In order for people to confidently use, modify, and redistribute a tool that generates documents in the form of FedRAMP document templates, the tool should include information about the copyright status of those templates.

There is some significant creative work in the FedRAMP document templates (styles/formatting, content, and so on), and it's likely that these are US public domain and nobody should worry about generating them, but we should find out for 100% sure that they are US public domain and document this as part of this tool's readme or other supporting documentation.
