Update content_lock dependency #75

Dear team,

Current versions (form alpha and beyond) has content_lock dependency 1.0@alpha8 but QA has whitelisted content_lock for 2.0: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/fpfis/wikis/display/MULTISITE/Content+locking
Could you please update this dependency?

Hello @pgrandeg , we need content lock at 1.0 because we support Drupal 8.7 in our component.
