Hi @vanshchauhan21 as per the Hacktoberfest guidelines your issue should have hacktoberfest label and your PR should have hacktoberfest-accepted label

also please note that to participate in hacktoberfest it Is necessary to add hacktoberfest topic in the repo description as follows:
