AggregateError unknow with pg client during migration run

Hello ! I'm trying to setup a test runner with postgres sql db but it not work. I install pg client in dependencies but I got this error on migration run:

 > node ace migration:run && node ace db:seed
   AggregateError:
 
 ELIFECYCLE  Command failed with exit code 1.
