Mint-Y and L icons makes monochrome again! (without legacy icons)

[exegesisget]

I would like the Mint-Y and L icons to be monochrome again, since the icons from the mid‑2000s are completely incompatible with the modern Mint-Y interface, and they also spoil the interface — it’s quite unpleasant to look at. Therefore, we need to bring back monochrome icons and finally get rid of the outdated elements from the mid‑2000s. This is really unpleasant. I’ve really gotten used to the Mint-Y icon design, and I don’t need any other icon designs, so I’d like to see the legacy removed from the icon theme.

Personally I wish to get back the old icon set https://github.com/MaranBr/Mint-Y-Icons-Mono
The mono fork so far hasn't incorporated XSI support https://github.com/xapp-project/xapp-symbolic-icons making it less than ideal. (I like to keep the save button a floppy disk symbol.)
