Ignore via Remote Admin

At the moment you only can set Three Nodes in the LoRa Menü remotely.
A function to ignore more and via remote admin would be really helpful.

This is actually possible now -- 2.5.13 changed the way that ignored nodes are handled (they're now stored in the nodedb instead of in configuration), and they're settable via an admin message. I don't know that anything but the CLI has implemented this for remote admin, but in the CLI it's done with --set-ignored-node and --remove-ignored-node (along with a --dest argument to specify the remote node to administer).

CLI is working.
I just wish we had this Funktion on Phone or Web Apps.
Like an overview Menu of the Nodedb where you can ignore, remove, set the root priority higher or lower 😅
