[Feature Request] SAML for SSO

As a company owner, I need to ensure my users sign into Portainer using secured access methods.

We use SAML as a solution for our other applications, and as such wish Portainer would support this.

The oAuth integration is great, and supports SSO like we would want, but our IDP uses SAML and not oAuth.
