Verify that closed days are actual closed days and are special hours from alma.

There were certain dates that didnt have explanations as to why they were closed. It was suspected that this was because alma wasnt fully populated with special dates. We need to track this just in case someone is using the api and is getting inaccurate info. This may be why.
