By any chance does the file have no audio? Or is it corrupted?
This error message is from ffprobe, it failed to extract tracks data from the file.

EDIT: Actually I checked and this can also happen if the file does not exist (I'll make a change to make the error message more explicit in that case, this is not ideal). So maybe the path you entered is wrong? If you mounted the directory as Movies in the root directory (/Movies) you should specify the /.
