  1. Currently white-out and lines are created for the current course. It should also be possible to set an object as part of all courses, or remove an object from a specific course (if it's part of all courses).
  2. When an object that is part of all courses is deleted, we should ask if it should be deleted from the current course or all courses.

Point two is addressed by only deleting an object from the current course unless Shift key is pressed when deleting: shift+delete deletes the object from all courses.
