co-clustering: plot the indice value average instead of the co-clusterID #20

For co-clustering if plot with co-cluster IDs we only get the spatial coherence (the same for all clusters on years) but not the average value of the indice. Hence, we need to calculate the average value of the indice to know the difference between each cluster in time.
