Add a DOI to Spring-index data sets. #26

Like this the data sets can be cited and shared with other people, i.e., we can use the DOI for data dissemination.

The DOI should be created using Zenodo.
https://zenodo.org/

Once uploaded will use the data attached to the DOI for testing proposes but also in the example notebooks.
