[FIX]: Add Hover Effect to Login Button in Header Section

Currently, the login button in the header section of the website lacks a hover effect, which can provide users with visual feedback upon interaction. This issue aims to enhance the user experience by implementing a hover effect on the login button, causing it to change color when hovered over by the user's cursor. This small but impactful change will improve the website's aesthetics and usability, contributing to a more polished and engaging user interface.
