PODS is requiring so much memory to load content that it is crashing our site. The database is large but a few months ago we were able to load these same pages with no problem. Any page that calls PODS and there are a lot of results that are loaded onto the page, we see the memory usage spike. We have the newest PODS and Wordpress and the problem got much worse when we updated to this version.
We have custom code in a plugin we wrote and in a child theme. We have been working on the problem for a long time and think we have fixed it and it works for a day and then it has the same problem again. Is there any one that can give us a few clues on how to fix this? We have specifically narrowed it down to being caused by the Pods plugin. Thanks! We can provide more info later (once the site is rebooted because it crashed again).
