In some Spike Prime hubs, the battery is quite loose. If that is the case with yours, you can feel or hear it move around a little. The hub just turns off if the battery loses contact, which is more likely to happen while driving (also with the normal firmware). Some teams have been successful at putting a small piece of cardboard on one end to keep it from moving. Programs are only saved during a normal shutdown at the end, so that would also explain the missing programs. It this is not the case, we can certainly look at a software cause as well. |

Hello,
For our robotics club, we are working with multiple SPIKE hubs running the latest version of Pybricks. While driving, the hubs randomly shut down completely, and we have to restart them manually. Additionally the Programms vanish.
Do you know what could be causing this issue and how we might be able to fix it? We already tried reinstalling the Firmware.
Thank you for your help.
