What is the ip address or domain name used by ddns-updater?

I am using ddns-updater behind the openwrt proxy passwall2,but now the problem is that I can't set a separate rule for ddns-updater to bypass the proxy.The ip address that ddns-updater gets is the ip of the passwall2 proxy and it never changes. I don't know what domain and ip address ddns-updater is using, how should I bypass the proxy?
