Describe the bug
The Impersonate feature doesn't work anymore

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Browser: Chrome, Edge
Dynamics 365 v9.1
Admin
On-Premise
Classic Interface
Classic App

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Levelup for Dynamics' Extension
Click on 'Impersonate' tab
Enter user name and click 'Search User'
Nothing happens as a result, users to choose from don't get displayed

Expected behavior
I used to be able to use this feature in the past, but it stopped working a few months ago.
