Android research thoughts

All research should be stored in the Wiki for this project.

The first step should be to determine QR scanning compatibility among different versions of vanilla Android (has vanilla Android ever supported QR scanning?)

The second step should be to break down the Android market in the U.S. by the market share of different devices/device operating systems, and then prioritize testing the devices/device OSs with the highest market share first

After this research is done, we will be able to determine what to do regarding Connec's Android support

Our next step will be to test creating new phone contacts based on a QR code on different Android devices/operating systems

We can walk into a phone store to test compatibility with different devices (phones may be in demo mode and not be representative of real-world functionality)
