I know, I know, this is because all our servers have just been upgraded from debian11 to debian12, and the server hosting the test sites encountered many dependency conflicts. I will make the sites available again once the incident is resolved.

php5.3 no longer runs properly on debian12, so the test site for MediaWIki v1.16.5 may not be available in the future.

I will explore whether docker can successfully deploy these ancient software, if I have time.
