Particles only in so-called extended file should not be in the CSV #141

I noticed that some non-established particles such as the K(4)(2500)+ are present in the 2008 extended file but aren't in the PDG .mcd files. At present these particles make it to our CSV files, so are available to the user. I reckon it is preferable to not have them in the CSV files.

Deal with this once #137 is merged.
