###Fist step you need have published a evm contract in sidechain and have a account address

second step

sidechaind tx gov submit-legacy-proposal register-dev-earn-info <your contract address> <epochs> <side chain address e.g. side...> --from <your key name> --description <description of this proposal> --title <title of this proposal> --deposit <how much token you want to desposit e.g.10000000000aside> --chain-id <chain id>

third step

wait tow days and then vote for the proposal
