PubSub Ractor Websockets: Could Ractor do a better job than Phoenix Channels?

Is there anything similar to Phoenix Channels for Ractor?

Famously in 2015 Phoenix showcased 2 million websockets in chat on a single box similar to the Whatsapp XMPP capabilities.

Maybe Facebook would have some use for properly building out something like Phoenix Channels.

This would probably be a lot of functionality on top of ractor as a low-level framework. I am not aware of anything directly related to this, but it's completely possible. This might be a good thing to try and involve into Axum? And try it out there.
