Space alarm

Dr B has suggested value in a burglar alarm where some visual strobe to state an alarm has gone off and trigger a warning on slack to improve security.

It would need to be tied into fobs so keyholders have a simple procedure to arm it.

Potential design could be:
Alarm enabled by space state set to closed.
Alarm triggered if motion detected and no valid fob tagged on reader within 30 seconds.
Alarm is silent to not annoy neighbours, but strobes internally to warn ne'erdowells. Sends alert on slack channel.
Alarm reset by tapping fob on door reader, although this should be impossible to trigger without forcing the door.
