When I right click and use the "New Folder" window the behavior is inconsistent with most other file managers making it take extra steps to complete the basic new folder task. When you select New Folder, it should highlight the "Untitiled Folder" text and allow the user to immediately start editing the name without having to click on the item again.
Steps to reproduce
Right click in a folder, select New->Folder (I'd also argue that New Folder should be a top level item, not a sub menu)
It immediately creates "Untitiled Folder" requiring you to then single click the folder to edit the name or right click and select rename.
