Feature - Comprehensive tracking of signer activities

1. Description

We need to be able to track all of the activities that a signer takes. A nice first step is to make sure that we have verbose logs for all signing activities.

1.1 Context & Purpose

If a signer attempts to sign for something, we need be able to say for certain what was signed and for whom.

2. Technical Details:

2.1 Acceptance Criteria:

• For each digest that a signer may sign, we have logs that allow us to identify what was being signed and who requested it.
