This plugin does work with the devices cgroup (ConstraintDevices=yes).
As for extending it to set power limits on GPUs, given that the plugin name has "GPU Compute Mode" in its name, it would probably be best to do it in a separate plugin. But that should definitely be doable, yes.

nice plugin. Would it be possible to extend this for setting a power limit (nvidia-smi -pl). Does this works with cgroups (ConstrainDevices=yes)?
