Automatic Slack messaging not working

We have automatic Slack notifications that fire off when certain GitHub Actions complete (like submitting the extension to the app stores). This has stopped working while the rest of the pipeline works. Let's make sure these pipelines automatically notify the configured Slack channel as expected.
