Improve Lab Network Selector

What problem does your feature solve?

We want to support the ability to input API keys in the network selector

Network to add optional API Key:

• All networks: futurenet, testnet, mainnet, and custom network

Based on the service providers:

• some service providers only requires a URL
• Others require a URL and a bearer token to be send as a part of the header. Here's an example request from Blockdaemon: https://docs.blockdaemon.com/reference/how-to-access-soroban-api#example-request

@quietbits For some reason, the API key input field is no longer available in the network selector. Not sure what happened.

@janewang, we're waiting for the Stellar SDK fix to enable the fields in the network selector. Everything is ready to go, we'll just need "flip the switch" when ready.
