What problem does your feature solve?

Ensure the State Archival section in Soroban Internals: https://soroban.stellar.org/docs/soroban-internals/state-archival is refreshed

What would you like to see?

Ensure the examples are How-To Guides or turn the examples into the How-To Guides and ensure it's clear that state archival is only for smart contract data
