What problem does your feature solve?

Devs asked questions about the RPC error code. We should surface the error code table to them: https://www.jsonrpc.org/specification#error_object

What would you like to see?

https://www.jsonrpc.org/specification#error_object in RPC section of dev docs

What alternatives are there?
