Updating external package managers

Since we are on pip and spack, we should make they are all uipdated. Some issues I noticed:

• https://pypi.org/project/PSyclone/#files has the status listed as alpha. I think we are at the very least beta
• I noticed in the recent spack PR that there are likely dependencies missing (jinja2, which we added in 3.0). I am just not sure if spack picks this up via pip, or if we should add it.
• The spack PR does not contain a checksum. I assume we can take that from https://pypi.org/project/PSyclone/#psyclone-3.0.0.tar.gz (at least that's the case for 2.5)
