In v0.4 we only expose the localUriConfig and make it possible to pass custom urls.

For the reasons mentioned in #31 we would either need to expand the list of URLs with the Admin API URL (for hosted SE2) or consolidate the two into what currently is named adminUri in this interface, and refers to the URL of the control plane.

In the local version I have I simply added an extra key, apiUri.

Nevertheless it would also be useful to have the hosted config of the hosted Suborbital Extension Engine included in the SDK as one of the built-in defaults.
