Hi! I used conky in sway. And conky doesn`t show correctly(totally invisible) but work fine in i3.

Doesn't conky work by drawing on the X11 root window? Even if it doesn't, it does "weird things" with the X protocol and wouldn't be expected to work through Xwayland.
Explicit support needs to be added, and would have to use the wlr-layer-shell protocol.
