Remove old parser.

Remove ohm-js and @ohm-js/cli dependencies.

Blocked by testing new parser generator by several developers.

Additionally, the ### Parser section of the CONTRIBUTING.md file should be updated — it's currently solely targeting the old Ohm parser :)
