Description of feature

Opening this issue upon discussion with @14110951D0 and needs for graphical modelling in time series data.

Having a supporting secondary missingness-indicating variable is a common graphical modelling choice.

To generate and populate them from the initial data would be a useful new feature for @14110951D0 and others.
