Custom radio and checkbox styling #45

Noticed we have a clash on the blues on checkboxes as you cannot style these with CSS.

What is needed is for the blue to be the same ODI dark blue when the box is checked.

I found and limited a JSFiddle to show how it can work, but am not dead set on it being exactly like this.

Any variant where the blue is the ODI blue when checked is good.

I was planning on putting custom styles on the checkboxes in any case. Will take this into account
