Hello! I've been trying to utilize the ADPCM part of the OPNB2 sound chip. No matter what I do the pitch of any sample whether it be a kick or snare would sound incorrect. I don't believe it stems from a glitch but rather my limited knowledge of utilizing the samples. Initially, I used the sample map feature but that didn't work. I tried referencing from other demos whether they had utilized the OPNB2 or the OKIMSM6295 (It's not an issue if I set the clock to 2MHz). The DAC is not a problem as I could do it freestyle without the pitch sounding off. The samples that I've described are formatted as 16-bit PCMs. I changed the format to 8-bit PCMs and the same issue would pursue. I also tried changing the note pitch in the sample editor but that didn't work either. If anyone has any tips it would be appreciated. Thank you for reading this post.
