Alexa Skills setting is not showing up after installation of plugin

Tools-> Alexa Skills setting is not showing up after installation of plugin

WordPress 4.9.8 running OnePress theme.
Running PHP version: 7.0.31

Have tried deactivating and reactivating plugin.
No errors displayed during installation.

Suggestions ?

Yes it is installed and activated. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didnt make any difference. After I started trying to get this to work, my hosting provider upgraded me to Wordpress 5.0. Ron

I experienced the same condition. I removed and reinstalled both plugins. I now see the menu.
