VCF's produced by dng call include INFO fields associated with two statistical tests, Fishers's exact test and the 2-sample Anderson-Darling test.

If would be useful to document these statistical tests and provide users some idea of how to interpret them. I have made a start on doing this for accMUlate, which uses the same tests, so am opening this issue as a reminder that there is some documentation that can be stolen/adapted/improved for this purpose.
