Issue when seeking in Plyr Layout in v.1.11.21 caused the video to stuck

When seeking back and forth, the video (hls) seems to stuck, no loading indicator. As i noticed, when there is no loading indicator, the video is always stuck at one place (the video won't play)

we are using just the basic player provided, no any customization.

it's stuck like when i inspect the playing status, it's true (is playing) but i can't trigger play or pause manually, the player just crashes
