Is it possible to set autoplay to false (to use an autoplayprop)?

Media Autoplay docs:

We manually handle autoplay so we can detect when it fails. Therefore, ensure you set autoplay on the provider component instead of the underlying media element like so:

 <Video autoplay>

For context, I would like to have an option to pass an autoplay prop to my player and just propagate it through, but the problem is that setting it to false still behaves as if it was true .

✅This works

   <Video autoplay={true} 

❌ But I am looking to do this, which is not working

 <Video autoplay={autoplay}

❌ And as a result neither is this

 <Video autoplay={false}

Player still autoplays.
