Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed
Using scss-lint, I cleaned up the scss to combine selectors where possible, remove duplicates, remove vendor prefixes (no longer used in web dev), etc.
Provide pictures/videos of the behavior before and after these changes (optional)
The site should look the same now
